Apart from the factors directed at the girl community and outcomes, there are the policy measures that have not helped much in keeping the girl in school. Policy, in the past, has been discriminatory and has limited the protection of the girl child towards access and quality education. There have been various gaps in the implementation of policies towards enhancing the reduction of the girl as most of them have been side-lined or disregarded. These have been in areas such as resource allocation, cultural practices and norms, infrastructure, and also eradicating poverty. These desired impact inclines to the access of financial resources by institutions to support the education of the girl.
